Product Description

Non-Asbestos Jointing Sheets are made of special no-asbestos heat-resisting fiber, heat-resisting packing material, and special nature or NBR rubber compound heating and compression molding it. 

Non-asbestos rubber sheet series include: NXB200, NXB300, NXB350 

Uses: Used for the equipment in water, steam, etc. and used as sealing material in the joints of pipeline
Working pressure: 1.5~8.0 MPa ,Working temperature: 150 ~450℃.

Oil-resistance non-asbestos rubber sheet series include: NNY150, NNY250, NNY300, NNY350.

Uses: Mainly used as the aviation liquid the motive's kerosene, lubricant, the fuel oil and cold air system to join together the seal completely of place the sealing gasket material.
Working pressure: 7.0~12 MPa, Working temperature: 150 ~450℃

Thickness: 0.5 to 6mm

Q: Graphited or not on the sheet?

A: No problem, we can make it one side graphited or  both side graphited.

Q: Wire reinforced in the sheet?

A: No problem, common wire diameter 0.20mm and 12 or 16 mesh

Q: Printing logo available?

Yes, it is no problem, shown us the design of the printing, then we make new mould and print it on the sheet.

Q: Are you factory, or only a trading company?

A: Factory, and our factory is located in Wangtong town, Jing county, Hengshui, Hebei

Q:Could I get some samples, and how?

A: No problem, we provide free samples, and it is only needed for you to pay for the shipping charge, your courier account is also ok(such as DHL).

Q: Can you give me some discount?
A: Usually the discount depends on the quantity. However we can discuss it.

Q: What's the payment terms?

A: Our normal practice: 30% deposit of total amount before production, and 70% balance payment before shippment. However this is open for discussion.
