Asbestos free jointing sheet is made of special heat-resisting fiber, rubber and heat-resisting filling material by roller pressure molding process. It is mainly used as sealing gasket for pipe flange, high pressure vessel flange, internal internal combustion engine and various contact surfaces.

Asbestos free jointing sheet can be divided into three kinds according to the sheet property: low pressure jointing sheet, medium pressure jointing sheet and high pressure jointing sheet.
Low pressure jointing sheet:
XB150, XB200
Used for sealing general plumbing equipment, low pressure water pipes and steam pipes.
Medium pressure jointing sheet:
XB250, XB300, XB350
Used as sealing gaskets for equipment pipe flange joints, the suitable media include water, saturated steam, gas, ammonia, lye and
so on.
High pressure jointing sheet:
XB400, XB450, XB510
Used for equipment pipe flange joint sealing gaskets for high temperature and high pressure water, saturated steam, superheated
steam, gas, inert gas and other media.
The jointing sheet can be divided into four kinds according to application situation: common jointing sheet, oil-resistant jointing sheet, acid-resistant jointing sheet and wire mesh reinforced jointing sheet.
